TIER I — SIGNATURE COLOR
A refined, single-color transformation with minimal color placement.

Ideal for:

TIER II — DIMENSIONAL COLOR
Multi-dimensional color requiring more detailed placement, blending, and customization.

TIER III — ATELIER COLOR
Our highest level of custom artistry. Designed for intricate, editorial, or highly detailed color concepts requiring advanced placement and multiple techniques.

• Pattern work

• Artistic placement

• Multi-step transformations

• Editorial or fantasy-inspired color

YOUR REFERENCE IMAGE

A reference image is required with your order and is used to understand your desired color palette, placement, tone, and overall direction.

Please keep in mind that reference images serve as inspiration and guidance, not a guarantee of an exact replica.

Unless the original color formula, products, techniques, and exact placement used to create the reference are known, an identical reproduction cannot be guaranteed. Hair also responds differently throughout the coloring process.

Your finished unit will be created to reflect the overall vision of your reference while maintaining the artistry and professional discretion of Noir Haus.

WIG CONSTRUCTION

Each custom unit is constructed using a 13×6 HD lace frontal and customized at approximately 150%–220% density, depending on the selected length for a balanced, natural finish.

Every wig is made to order according to the specifications selected at checkout.

PROCESSING & SHIPPING

Please allow 10–14 business days for your custom wig to be processed and shipped.

Because each unit is individually created, colored, customized, and finished to your specifications, processing times begin after your order and all required customization information have been received.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our units, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS, RETURNS, OR EXCHANGES.

Once an order has been placed, materials and production are allocated specifically for your custom unit. Orders cannot be canceled, refunded, returned, or exchanged due to a change of mind, dissatisfaction with a selected length or color direction, or differences between the finished unit and a reference image.
